PDI Kenny George has joined Drive Hart Training Associates and has been successful in his Part 1 and Part 2 examinations to become an Approved Driving Instructor.  Kenny absolutely smashed the Test of Practical Driving Ability with a strong first time pass in Winchester.  Kenny is being sponsored by Drive Hart and will be joining the Manual Instruction Team in the New Year.  He will cover Salisbury providing learner driver training in a manual car.

Drive Hart operates an Association of Independent Driving instructors who work under our brand and standards, providing professional learner driving instruction in Salisbury and Winchester.  Drive Hart is ORDIT registered training establishment under direction of A Graded (ORDIT) Directors Sarah Hart and Julia Clayton.

The process of becoming a driving instructor is clearly defined by the regulating body the DVSA and fully described on the .Gov site, the link to which we provide below. In short, you have to be eligible ie 21 years or over, have held a full driving licence for 3 years, preferably with no points. There are three specific exams – Your Part 1 which is a theory test, Part 2 is a test of your driving ability and Part 3 is a test of your instructional ability. Drive Hart offers training for all three exams and has an excellent pass rate.
